After your bootcamp offer
To take up your place, sign the learner agreement, complete onboarding online and join the kick-off session. For your cohort's start and end dates, see "Career-change courses: what's running now".
Accepting your place
- Sign the learner agreement. It covers attendance, how you take part, and the job search after the bootcamp, and every learner signs the same one. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then reply to your offer email.
- Complete onboarding online.
- Join the kick-off session. If you are not sure when it is, ask the admissions team.
Documents
Your onboarding steps list the documents you need. If you cannot find a certificate or document, tell the admissions team before your onboarding deadline rather than leaving the step blank.
Timetable and location (Oxford)
- Live online Monday to Friday, finishing by around 4pm, with lighter Wednesdays.
- There are six in-person days in Oxford. Your offer confirms the dates.
Laptop and travel
You need your own laptop that meets the specification in "Who can apply for a Skills Bootcamp", and you bring it to the in-person days. If you do not have a suitable laptop, or need help with travel costs to the in-person days, tell the admissions team.
Letters for the Jobcentre
If your Jobcentre work coach asks for confirmation of your place, ask the admissions team what they can provide.
If you cannot start, or want a later cohort
We cannot promise a later cohort to move to. No further Oxford cohorts are scheduled, and no next London date has been published; "Career-change courses: what's running now" shows anything new. If you cannot take up your place, tell the admissions team as soon as you can.
If your situation changes during the bootcamp
If you get a job offer or anything else affects your attendance, tell the admissions team.
