Booking, moving or missing your admissions call

Your admissions call is a 15-minute conversation with an admissions rep. You can book it straight after you apply, move it with your booking link, and rebook if you miss it.

What the call is for

Your rep answers your questions, checks you are eligible, checks the programme fits your job, and helps you get your employer on board. It helps to know roughly what your job involves and whether your employer pays the levy. If you don't know, your rep can help you find out.

Booking your call

After you submit the application form, you can choose a time on our booking page. If none of the times suit you, reply to any email or WhatsApp message from us with a few times that do.

Moving your call

Use the booking link in your confirmation to reschedule. If you have booked twice by mistake, or you would rather we picked a time, reply to any message from us.

If you miss your call

That's fine. Your rep will try to reach you again by phone, and may follow up by email or WhatsApp. Reply with a time that suits you, or rebook with your booking link.

If nobody joins at the booked time

Reply to our last message or email info@io-sphere.io, and we'll rearrange.

If we contact you unexpectedly

A message from an iO-Sphere admissions rep is usually about a funded training enquiry made by you or your organisation. If you hear from us before a call you have already booked, just reply with your booking time and keep your booking. If you don't want to hear from us, reply to say so.

After the call

If you go ahead, there is also a pre-start meeting of about an hour with you, your line manager and your coach before you start. "How to apply and what happens next" explains each step.
