Hiring our Skills Bootcamp graduates

You can meet our Skills Bootcamp graduates at no cost to your business or to the candidate: tell us about the role and we will tell you who is available.

Who the graduates are

Our Skills Bootcamps are free, government-funded data analytics programmes for adults changing career. Learners train full time for 10 weeks, coached by industry practitioners, and build a portfolio on Prism, our platform of realistic business data. Graduates of our Oxford bootcamp also gain an NCFE Level 3 certificate.

How it works

1. Brief us on the role: skills, seniority, tools, location and start date.
2. Meet candidates: we share the candidates whose work best matches your brief, with their portfolios, a recommendation from their coach and a short profile.
3. Run your interviews: use your usual process. We can help with logistics.
4. Hire: there is no fee for hiring a Skills Bootcamp graduate.

We also have a wider talent pool of people from our other programmes. For those candidates there is a placement fee on a successful hire; ask us for the amount.

Availability

Our current cohorts finish in early 2027: London in January and Oxford in February. No later cohorts are scheduled yet. Ask us who is available and when.
