Training for your team

We train teams in data and AI, from half-day sessions to funded programmes of around 15 months, and the first step is a no-obligation conversation.

What we offer

• Data & AI Fluency for non-technical teams: data literacy and AI awareness, from half-day sessions to multi-week programmes. Paid training, priced per engagement.
• Technical Upskilling for existing data teams: SQL, Python, BI, cloud platforms, AI and machine learning, and data engineering, customised to your tech stack. Paid training, scoped per engagement.
• Funded programmes for individual employees: currently at Level 3 and Level 4, around six hours a week alongside the job, for 15 months plus a final assessment. The learner never pays. What you pay depends on the learner's age and whether you pay the Growth & Skills Levy (paid by employers with an annual pay bill over £3 million): see "What a funded programme costs".
• Custom programmes that blend these: fluency for the whole team and funded routes for the people who will lead the change.

Delivery is live online coaching fitted around the working week. We can also deliver in person at your site, depending on where you are; we'll talk this through with you. Coaches are industry practitioners.

What a funded place asks of you

You release the learner's study time in working hours, join a pre-start meeting and regular progress reviews, sign the training plan and reviews, sign an agreement with us and register on the government's apprenticeship service; we guide your HR team through it. How it works

1. Diagnose: we agree what people need to be able to do and who needs what depth.
2. Design: we build the programme around your team, your tools and your real work.
3. Deliver: live sessions and project work on your real problems.
4. Embed: we look at whether people's work has changed, not just whether they finished.

You can start small, for example with one team or a handful of funded places, and widen later. Our proposal sets out which parts are funded and which are paid.
